Competitor Analytics

The Competitor Analytics endpoint provides comparative reputation data between your organization and selected competitors. It aggregates external review and rating data to calculate relative performance scores. This data is used to benchmark digital reputation and identify differences in customer sentiment across brands.

Parameters

businessstringPath RequiredField must be in path.

The ID of the business to retrieve the analytics for.

periodStartintegerQuery RequiredField must be in query parameters.

The start of the period to query, in milliseconds since epoch.

periodEndintegerQuery RequiredField must be in query parameters.

The end of the period to query, in milliseconds since epoch.

interval

The interval for the analytics data. Can be 'day', 'week', or 'month'.

competitorListingstring

The competitor listing for which to only return analytics specific data for.

listingarray

Used to return data for competitor listings that have been selected to be compared against the specified business listing.
